CONCERNING

CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS OF REGENT BOGOR

NUMBER 15 OF 2012 CONCERNING THE SELLING VALUE OF THE OBJECT ADVERTISEMENT TAX AND THE STRATEGIC VALUE OF THE LOCATION OF THE BILL

REGENT OF BOGOR

Weigh              : a. That in order to implement the provisions of article 5 paragraph 7 and paragraph 8 of regional regulation number 25 of 2011 concerning advertisement tax, the regulation of the regent of bogor number 15 of 2012 has been stipulated concerning the selling value of the object of advertisement tax and the strategic value of the billboard;

b. That in context of optimizing regional income from the advertisement tax sector, bogor regent regulation number 15 of 2012 concerning the selling value of the advertisement tax object and the strategic value of the billboard location as referred to in letter a, must be changed and adjusted again;

c. that based on the considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, it is necessary to stipulate the bogor regent regulations concerning changes to the regulation of bogor regent number 15 of 2012 concerning the selling value of the object of advertisement tax and the strategic value of the billboard location;

Remembering  : 1. Law number 14 of 1950 concerning the establishments of regency areas in the west java provincial environtment (state gazette of the republic of Indonesia year 1950 number 8) as amended by law number  4 of 1968 concerning the establishment of purwakarta and subang regencies by amended the law number 14 of 1950 concerning the establishment of regency areas in the west java provincial environment (state gazette of the republic of Indonesia in 1968 number 31 additional sheet of the republic of Indonesia number 2851);

2. Law number 6 of 1983 concerning general provinsions and taxation procedures (state gazette of the republic Indonesia in 1945 number 49 additional state gazette of the republic Indonesia number 3262) as has been amended several times, latest by law number 16 of 2009 concerning the establishment of replacement goverment regulations law number of the 2008 concerning the fourth amendment to law number 6 of 1983 concerning general provisions and taxation procedures into the statute of the republic of Indonesia In 2009 number 6 additional (state gazette of the republic of Indonesia number 4999);  

3. Law number 17 of 2003 concerning state financial management (state gazette of the republic of Indonesia in 2003 number 47, additional sheet of the republic of Indonesia number 4286);

4.  Law number 1 of 2004 concerning state treasury (state gazette of the repiublik of Indonesia in 2004  number 5 additional state gazette of the republic of Indonesia number 4355);

Minister of home affairs regulation number 13 of 2016 concerning guidelines for regional generation management as amended several times, the lastest by minister of home  affairs regulation number 21 year 2011 concerning the second amandement to ministes of home affairs regulation number 13 of 2006 concerning guidelines of regional financial management;

15. Bogor regency regional regulations number 6 of 2004 concerning the implementation of billboard (regional sheets of bogor regency in 2004 number 155, additional sheets in the district of bogor number 155);

16. Bogor regency regional regulation number 7 of 2008 concerning government affairs which are under the authority of the regional government (sheet of bogor district in 2008 number 7);

17. Bogor regency regional regulation number 9 of 2008 concerning the composition and positionof the organization of the regional apparatus (sheet area bogor regency new year number 9);

DECIDE :

Set                   :BOGOR REGENT REGULATION REGARDING CHANGES TO BOGOR REGENT REGULATION NUMBER 15 OF 2012 CONCERNING THE SELLING VALUE OF THE ADVERTISING BILL AND THE STRATEGIC VALUE OF THE BILL BOARD LOCATION

Article I

In regent regulation number 15 of 2016 about the object selling value of advertisement tax and strategic value (news in bogor district in 2012 number 15) is changed as follows:

The provisions of article 4 paragraph 2 are amended so that the whole article 4 read:

Aticle 4

1. Object advertisement tax selling value consists of:

1. The selling point of outdoor advertising tax
2. The selling point of advertising tax in space

1. The selling value of the advertisement tax object as referred to in paragraph 1, is listed in annex 1 and attachment 2 of this rule

              Article II

The regent regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation so that everyone knows it ordered the enactment of the regulation of the minister of agriculture in the news of bogor regency.
